Regain Control. Reduce Conflict. Move Forward.

CAMS-II certified anger management evaluations and classes for adults — whether you are personally motivated or court/employer referred. Provided by Dr. Tamara Lynn Halliburton.

Anger Often Starts as Stress, Hurt, or Overload

Many people who seek anger management are not simply "angry people." They are overwhelmed, reactive, frustrated, or caught in patterns that are damaging relationships, employment, or their own peace of mind.

These services are designed to help adults understand what is driving their responses, develop healthier patterns, and demonstrate meaningful progress — whether for personal growth or to satisfy a court or professional requirement.

Anger Management Evaluation

An anger management evaluation is a structured clinical assessment that examines the nature, frequency, and context of anger-related behaviors. It provides a clear clinical picture and recommendations for appropriate next steps, including whether an anger management program is indicated.

This evaluation may be appropriate if you:

  • Have been court-ordered or legally referred to complete an anger management assessment

  • Have been referred by an attorney, employer, or HR department

  • Are seeking a clinical baseline before beginning a program

  • Want a professional understanding of your anger patterns before or after other treatment

What the evaluation includes:

  • Structured clinical interview

  • Standardized anger and emotional regulation measures

  • Review of relevant history and context

  • Diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations

  • Written summary available upon request

Anger Management Classes

Dr. Tamara Lynn Halliburton facilitates structured anger management classes for adults — individually or in group format. Classes are evidence-informed, skills-based, and designed to produce practical, measurable change.

Classes may be appropriate for adults who:

  • Have completed an anger management evaluation and are ready to begin a program

  • Have been court-ordered or referred to complete an anger management class

  • Are seeking voluntary support for managing anger, frustration, or emotional reactivity

  • Have been referred by an employer, HR department, or attorney

What participants can expect:

  • A structured, evidence-informed curriculum

  • Skills-based content focused on triggers, responses, and communication

  • A professional, non-judgmental environment

  • Completion documentation available upon request
